Management and Leadership
We believe that everyone has potential within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health workforce. We also believe that by developing outstanding management and leadership programmes, people can grow into their ambition to manage and lead others. They can also develop their own expertise and specialism in all areas of wider development.
Research and Improvement
We actively encourage our workforce to get involved in Research and Improvement in the field of children and young people's mental health. Our research projects aim to improve understanding, prevention, and treatment of mental health across Hampshire and IOW. Working with universities within Hampshire and IOW, we have access to various opportunities for development in research.
Your Wellbeing
We recognise that a healthy, engaged, and supported workforce also brings positive benefits for the people across Hampshire and IOW. That's why, as a health service, health and wellbeing applies as much to our employees as it does to the local population and we want to do as much as we can to enable our employees to be at their best, be energised, motivated and committed to their work.
