Pathways in CAMHS

The Psychological Professions fall into three main groups, Psychologists (including associate and assistant roles), Psychological Therapists (including CBT, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapists, Family & Systemic Therapists and Creative Therapists) and psychological practitioners (including Education Mental Health Practitioner, Child Wellbeing Practitioner, Youth Intensive Psychological Practitioner). There are over 20 distinct roles in this growing workforce with different routes for training and progression.
